"Yoga is like music. The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the harmony of the soul, create the symphony of life."

Hatha yoga is the root of most forms of yoga we practice today.

Hatha yoga aligns and calms mind, body and spirit, and can change how we feel  physically mentally and emotionally; enhancing our happiness and wellbeing.

Regardless of physical fitness, age or gender, yoga really is for everyone, and even 15 minutes of practice a day can have profoundly postive effects on how we feel.

In a Hatha yoga class  you may spend longer in yoga poses (asanas) compared to ther styles.

Moving slowly through asana and holding them for longer is great for better alignment, building strength and creating more awareness.

This also makes Hatha Yoga a great place to start if you are new to yoga or want to  deepen your practice.
