Service Description

This session starts with a hatha yoga slow flow practice focused on balancing the body and self-healing through movement and mindfulness. Yoga is an amazing prepartion for sound meditation and encourages the mind body connection. This connection has been scientifically proven to increase within us a sense of happiness and well being. At the end of the yoga practice , we will move into a sound meditation using gongs and other instruments. The deeply soothing sounds of these instruments act directly on the central nervous system, allowing any tension, stress or inner turmoil to melt away.
