Service Description

A soundbath induces a spontaneous meditative state in the mind by lowering brain wave frequencies. It takes us from Beta, our waking state, to Theta, a dream-like state. This is where we can experience deep relaxation , and enhanced creativity. The vibrations of the instruments also help to heal emotional and physical stresses in our bodies.
